On 26 July 2007, Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, and Police Major General Manit Wongsomboon, Commander of Metropolitan Police Division 1, gave a briefing on the violent incident took place on 22 July 2007 to diplomatic corps and international organizations.
