On 21 January 2006, Dr. Kantathi Suphamongkhol, Foreign Minister paid a visit to a mobile consular service at Municipal no. 6 School in Chiang Rai Province. The service, which is organized by the Consular Department of the Foreign Ministry, is open to the local public during 21-24 January 2006.
