On 13 July 2005, Dr. Kantathi Suphamongkhon, Foreign Minister, and Mr. Gershon Zohar, Ambassador of The State of Israel to Thailand, sign a Thai-Israeli Agreement on the Cultural and Educational Cooperation at Vites Samosorn, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
