H.E. Mr. Preecha Laohapongchana, Deputy Foreign Minister, met with Mr. He Lifeng, Secretary of the Communist Party of China, Xiamen Committee at the Mandarin Hotel in Xiamen on 9 June 2005 on the occasion of the visit to Xiamen and Chaozhou of H.E. the Deputy Foreign Minister between 9-11 June 2005.
