On 25 May 2023, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, attended the 28th Nikkei Forum Future of Asia in Tokyo, Japan, and delivered a keynote speech under the theme “Leveraging Asia’s power to confront global challenges”.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs shared his vision on the strengths of Asia in its convening power to mobilize cooperation among nations in order to avoid the risk of regional conflicts.

On this occasion, the President of Laos, the President of Sri Lanka, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Singapore, and the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam also delivered keynote speeches, while H.E. Mr. Kishida Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, gave an address on Japan’s role in “co-creating” Asia’s future together with partners in the region.
