Thailand's Statement on Situation in Iraq

Thailand has been closely monitoring series of events which have led to escalation of tension in Iraq with deep concern.

Thailand joins the international community in calling on all parties concerned to exercise maximum restraint, avoid further provocation and refrain from use of force in order to de-escalate tension and to maintain peace and stability in the region.
