The 11th Thailand-Israel Working Group Dialogue was an opportunity for the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries to follow up on the developments of their bilateral relations and discuss ways to enhance their future collaboration in the areas of mutual interest. During the meeting, both sides expressed their willingness to strengthen their cooperation in various fields such as security cooperation through exchange of knowledge and intelligence, trade and investment cooperation through raising awareness about the opportunities for investment in the two countries, labour cooperation about ways and means to resolve issues related to Thai workers’ employment contracts and the possibility to employ Thai workers in other sectors such as construction and food industry in Israel, and technical and development cooperation that includes bilateral and trilateral collaboration. They also reaffirmed their determination to strengthen people-to-people connectivity through high-level visits and a series of activities to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Thai-Israeli diplomatic relations in 2024. The Israeli businesses, known for their expertise in STI and recognized as a Startup Nation, were also invited to explore the business opportunities in investing in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

On this occasion, the two sides exchanged views on developments in their respective regions, namely the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Thailand's APEC Chairmanship this year, multilateral cooperation, and other global and regional issues of mutual interest.
