On 7 November 2025, at 0800 hours H.E. Mr. Thongly Sisoulith, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union, together with executives of the Union, signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Secretary and his entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
