On 27 November 2024, H.E. Mr. Russ Jalichandra, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, welcomed and discussed with H.E. Mr. Andreas Motzfeldt Kravik, State Secretary for the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, on the occasion of his visit to Thailand.

Both sides focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in advancing the Thailand-EFTA FTA negotiations, as well as enhancing collaboration in multilateral frameworks on issues such as human rights, sustainable development, international security and Thailand’s OECD accession. In addition, both sides also exchanged views on regional and global issues including the situations in Myanmar, the Middle East, and Ukraine.
