On 8 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, had discussions with H.E. Mr. Mark Gooding, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Thailand.

Both sides exchanged views on promoting trade and investment cooperation between Thailand and the United Kingdom. They also followed up on the outcomes of the 6th Thailand - United Kingdom Strategic Dialogue, held on 25 May 2026, and reaffirmed their commitment to advancing economic cooperation in a tangible manner and further strengthening Thailand - United Kingdom relations.
