On 7 November 2024, H.E. Mr. Russ Jalichandra, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the International Conference on ASEAN-Korea Partnership in Seoul, the Republic of Korea.
The Conference was organised by the ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the ASEAN-ROK dialogue relations and the establishment of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP), as well as the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the AKC.

In Thailand’s capacity as the Country Coordinator for the ASEAN-ROK Dialogue Relations during 2024-2027, the Vice Minister delivered his congratulatory remarks and commended the AKC’s role in promoting the ASEAN-ROK partnership over the past 15 years since its establishment. The Vice Minister further announced that on occasion of these significant milestones, Thailand and the ROK will jointly organise an ASEAN-ROK Day on 26 November 2024 in Bangkok, focusing on enhancing partnership in the creative economy.
