On 13 September 2025, Ambassador Arunrung Phothong Humphreys attended a cultural showcase by the Thai community in Uppsala during the annual Kulturnatten Festival, the city’s large annual cultural event where local communities widely present their traditional arts and cuisines. The Thai community’s performances received a warm and enthusiastic response from festival visitors.

On this occasion, the Ambassador highlighted Thai cultural identity through classical Thai dance performances, Thai food, and cultural displays, while also emphasizing the uniqueness and strength of the Thai community living throughout Sweden. She further joined with the Thai community in organizing interactive activities with the festival audience.
