Thai Ambassador-designate to the ROK visits Thai startups at 2024 Bio Korea Exhibition

On 8 May 2024, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to the ROK visited the 2024 Bio Korea Exhibition, which brings together international companies in bio-related fields to engage in consulting and investment attraction. On this occasion, Ambassador Tanee met with Clinsearch Services - a Thai site management startup from CU Innovation Hub that provides clinical trial support services, and is looking to expand its cooperation with more hospitals in the ROK.

Ambassador Tanee also held discussions with Marc Elrich, County Executive of Montgomery County, along with Judy Costello, Special Projects Manager of Montgomery County, Maryland, on future plans for startup collaboration between Thailand and Montgomery County, and the participation of both Thai and US startups in Seoul’s startup fairs such as NextRise 2024 this June and COMEUP2024 scheduled for November.
