On 11 November 2024 the Royal Thai Embassy in Lisbon in collaboration with Thai Massage Association in Portugal organized Online Q & A Workshop on Legal Matters Related to Conducting Thai Massage Business in Portugal. Ms. Supapan Tiapiriyakij, Chargé d' Affaires, a.i. presided over the opening ceremony of the Workshop at which Portuguese legal experts were invited to participate and share their legal views such as license registration related to massage shops, workplace and workers hygiene, business taxes, welfare and holidays of massage therapists, including the recent law related to work visa and residence permits, etc.

The Royal Thai Embassy would like to thank all massage shop owners for your interests and active participation in this event. The Embassy highly hopes that this activity will help support Thai private sector in conducting businesses in Portugal with sustainability and progress in the long-run.
