On 20 December 2022, Ambassador Thippawan Supamitkitja, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Jean KOE NTONGA, Ambassador of Cameroon to Senegal and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Dakar. Both sides congratulated on the cordial relations between Thailand and Cameroon, particularly, the meetings of high-level officials of the two countries in the United Nations. The Thai Ambassador emphasized on the cooperation between Thailand and the African Region, highlighting the process of accrediting Ambassador of Thailand to Nairobi as Thailand’s Permanent Representative to the African Union. Furthermore, due to the relaxation of COVID-19 measures in Senegal, Ambassador KOE NTONGA expressed his readiness to organize meetings and activities among the Diplomatic Corps in Dakar, to exchange views and work experience.
