On 11 August 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Mumbai held a ceremony in honour of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother’s Birth Anniversary at the Consulate-General’s office. The event was presided over by Mr. Donnawit Poolsawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Mumbai, who led officials from the Consulate and Team Thailand in Mumbai in offering royal tributes by placing gold and silver flower trays, as well as lighted candles, and signed the well-wishes book.
 
On the same occasion, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Mumbai organised the “Sharing with Care”, a royal volunteer activity, to honour Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother. Consul-General Poolsawat presided over the donation ceremony and presented essential food items to the Roti Bank Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides food for the underprivileged in Mumbai. Officials of the Consulate and Team Thailand in Mumbai, as well as local staff also participated in the activity.
