Following the unfortunate attacks on the Jabalia refugee camp in the North of the Gaza Strip since 31 October 2023, Thailand is deeply distressed and gravely concerned with the heavy loss of the life of civilians and casualties. Thailand expresses its sincerest condolences to the victims and the bereaved families. We continue to strongly and urgently appeal to all sides to work towards an immediate cessation of hostilities and ceasefire to enable humanitarian assistance to reach those in need expeditiously and efficiently. Thailand urges full respect for the protection of civilians, hospital and medical staff under international humanitarian law.
