On 4 November 2025, Mr. Phuchphop Mongkolnavin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, had a discussion with Ms. Sara Rezoagli, Chargé d’Affaires of the Delegation of the European Union to Thailand, and representatives from embassies of the EU Member States in Thailand.

Both sides exchanged views on elections within multilateral frameworks, as well as issues of priority in the Third Committee (Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural) of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). The Deputy Director-General also reiterated Thailand’s continued support for multilateralism, the promotion and protection of human rights at the national and regional levels, as well as the rights of women and children.
