On 16 June 2025, Mr. Chettaphan Maksamphan, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, chaired a meeting of the Rapid Response Center (RRC) to coordinate with the relevant agencies, including Thai Embassies in the Middle East. All agencies affirmed their readiness to assist Thai nationals, including to activate evacuation plans if needed. The Consular Affairs Department also developed the Thai Consular application as another channel to facilitate Thai nationals abroad.
