On 3 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, met with H.E. Mr. Mathias Cormann, Secretary-General of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), on the sidelines of the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting in Paris.

The Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Thailand’s strong commitment to advancing its OECD accession process, which is currently in the technical review phase. He also expressed appreciation for the OECD’s continued support for Thailand’s accession efforts and welcomed the Secretary-General’s planned visits to Thailand later this year. #TH2OECD
