On 26 October 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with H.E. Ms. Oyu Vasha, Ambassador of Mongolia to Thailand, on the occasion of the Ambassador’s assumption of duty.

Both sides welcomed the longstanding cordial relations between Thailand and Mongolia and the steady progress in bilateral cooperation, particularly in technical cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.

Both sides also discussed high-level exchanges and ways to further promote cooperation in trade and investment, connectivity, and other areas, with a view to advancing the Thailand - Mongolia Five-Year Cooperation Plan (2022-2027) and preparing for the next five-year plan.
