On 30 September 2024, Mrs. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, participated in and delivered opening remarks at the Sweden-Thailand Sustainable Development Forum 2024, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

The forum is an annual event alternately hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm and the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok. The objective of the forum is to serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices, as well as advancing cooperation in sustainable development between Thailand and Sweden. 🇹🇭🇸🇪

This year, the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok hosted the event, featuring discussions on "Innovation for Energy and Resource Efficiency" and "Transition to Green Mobility." The forum, held as part of the Sustainability Expo (SX24), attracted over 100 participants from government and private sectors as well as general public.
