On 2 July 2025, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, had a discussion with Ms. Robyn Mudie, First Assistant Secretary of the Southeast Asia Regional and Mainland Division, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia.

Both sides exchanged views on current challenges facing the multilateral system and discussed ways to enhance the United Nations’ role in upholding a rules-based international order. They also explored opportunities to enhance Thai–Australian cooperation within UN frameworks.
