On February 2, 2025, Deputy Consul-General, Acting Consul-General, Natnapang Damrongsoontornchai, Consul Urasee Thiratangsathira Jeong, and Mrs. Suprattana Gamolvej, the Director of Thai Trade Center, Chicago, along with the staff, visited the Chicago Travel and Adventure Show 2025, held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

During the event, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Chicago Office, led by Director Ms. Anoma Vongyai and her team, hosted a Thailand tourism booth to provide valuable insights on traveling to Thailand and also welcomed the delegation from the Royal Thai Consulate General, Chicago, and the Thai Trade Center, Chicago. In addition, Team Thailand discussed strategies to enhance the "Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025" campaign, designed to attract travelers worldwide through world-class festivities and privileges. They also explored opportunities for collaboration to promote Thailand's soft power through the "5 Must Do in Thailand" campaign—Must Taste, Must Try, Must Buy, Must Seek, and Must See—aimed at supporting Thai tourism and community initiatives in the Midwest region.

The Chicago Travel and Adventure Show featured over 450 exhibitors, offering various travel destinations and services. Attendees had the chance to explore vacation options and receive expert travel advice. The event also showcased Thai music and dance performances by the Thai Cultural and Fine Arts Institute (TCFAI).
