H.E. Mr. Chairat Sirivat, Ambassador attached to Ministry to Foreign Affairs, and Ambassadors/Representatives from 10 Embassies in Thailand participated in the Ambassador’s Trip to Phuket during 27-29 May. The event was organised by Phuket provincial together with the Phuket Tourist Association and Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) to present Phuket’s unique identity and its potential to become a sustainable city.

Ambassador Chairat attached to Ministry to Foreign Affairs also gave a remark on Thailand’s Candidature for the Specialised Expo 2028 in Phuket. He reiterated Thailand’s commitment and readiness to be a host and highlighted opportunities that the Phuket Expo will be a gathering place to establish the partnership to achieve a sustainable future.

This activity is part of the final stretch of the campaign for the Phuket Expo before members of the International Bureau of Expositions gathers to vote the host country of Specialised Expo 2027/28 on 21 June this year in Paris.
