On ๑๑ August ๒๐๑๙, Mr. Dusit Manapan, Thai Ambassador to Kuwait, staff of the Thai Embassy, and members of the Thai Community in Kuwait visited Thai workers at Hyundai Kogas Company (HDKC) workers' camp in Mina Al Zour, south of Kuwait as part of the Embassy's Consular Outreach Programme. About ๒๖๐ Thai workers received services which included passport renewing, consular and labour counselling and basic health check-up supported by a team of doctors and nurses from the Philippines' Life Connection Church. The Embassy also handed out pamphlets containing useful information for the Thai citizens living and travelling in Kuwait.

The Consular Outreach Programme has been well received by both the workers and the employing companies, who found it to be supportive in uplifting the workers’ morale and well-being.
