On 16 January 2562, H.E. Phasporn Sangasubana, Permanent Representative of Thailand to ASEAN, together with the Permanent Representatives of Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia and Lao PDR to ASEAN attended a CPR Lecture under the topic “CPR and Its Linkage to ASEAN”. at Chiang Mai University (CMU), with Vice President Assoc. Prof. Rome Chiranukrom delivering his welcoming remarks. The Lecture was attended by a large number of students who expressed keen interest in and discussed several topics, such as Thailand’s priorities for its ASEAN chairmanship in 2019, the role of CPR, the South China Sea issue, the Indo-Pacific Strategy, and RCEP.
This activity is part of the CPR Outreach Project by the Permanent Mission of Thailand to ASEAN with an aim to raise public awareness and improve the engagement with youth and people so as to ensure a truly people-centred ASEAN Community that leaves no one behind.
