On 3 December 2018, H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Poland, was assigned by H.E. General Surasak Karnjanarat, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Kingdom of Thailand to be the Head of Thai Delegation, comprising the representative from the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), to participate in the Opening Ceremony and the Leaders’ Summit during the 24^th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP24) in Katowice, in which H.E. Mr. Andrzej Duda, President of the Republic of Poland, was the host and Chair of the Summit. On this occasion, Ambassador Sahussarungsi also visited Thailand Pavilion in the exhibition area where policies concerning climate change issue and progress on measures undertaken by the Royal Thai Government were showcased.
