On ๙ December ๒๐๑๘, Ambassador of Thailand to the State of Kuwait handed money to support the work of the Thai Community Club in Kuwait and the Life Connection Church.

          The Thai Community Club in Kuwait has gathered Thais residing in Kuwait. It was established in ๑๙๙๒ and has been active in supporting the activities of the Royal Thai Embassy and the Thai Community in Kuwait. It has also provided a meeting platform for all Thais in Kuwait to enable them to exchange hospitalities, promote the pride of Thailand and strengthen the unity of the Thai community. Such activities included, for example, celebrations of the King’s birthday anniversary, co-organised of Songkran Festival, participation in Futsal competition and consular reach-out organised by the Embassy.

           Life Connection Church is a catholic church, located in Kuwait. Members of the group mostly are Filipinos from different careers. The group has carried out many charity works such as giving financial support for people in developing countries, helping other orgnisations and embassies to organise social activities in Kuwait. The group has for many years arranged a medical team to support the consular reach-out activities of the Royal Thai Embassy.
