          On ๑๘ October ๒๐๑๘, Ambassador Nantana Sivakua paid a courtesy call on Mr. Andrew Barr MLA, Chief Minister of ACT.  They discussed various issues particularly on trade, investment and tourism potentials as well as opportunity to support and boost cooperation between Thai and Australian private sector which Chief Minister has expressed keen interest.    

          Ambassador took this opportunity to thank Chief Minister and ACT Government for their strong support to the Thai community in Canberra and the Embassy’s functions and activities especially the annual Thai Food and Cultural Festival.   Ambassador also requested assistance from both ACT Government and relevant authorities to find ways to help solve burglary incidents around the Thai Buddhist Temple (Wat Dhammadharo) in Lyneham.
