Thailand will host the 8th Ayeyawady – Chao Phraya – Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) Summit from 15 – 16 June 2018 in Bangkok. Interested media representatives are advised to register according to the following guidelines:

          1. Registration: Registration must be done online through ACMECS website at www.acmecs2018.org under the banner Registration > Press/Media. Registration is open from 25 May - 7 June 2018. To complete online registration, the following documents must be submitted: (1) recent photograph (2x2 inches) (2) a copy of passport for foreign media or Identification Card for Thai media (3) letter of assignment and (4) list of equipment (if any). Media who are not registered will not be allowed to enter the meeting premises.

          2. Media Badge: Registered media must present a printed or electronic copy of the confirmation e-mail along with their ID card or passport to collect the media badge at the Media Center, which is located at Next 2 Chao Phraya Room, Shangri-La Hotel, from 14 – 16 June 2018.

          3. Hours of operation of the Media Center are as follows:

              - 14 June 2018 from 12.00 – 18.00 hrs.

              - 15 June 2018 from 07.00 – 22.00 hrs.

              - 16 June 2018 from 07.00 – 15.00 hrs.

          4. A media program will be made available and updated on the ACMECS website.
