The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to invite individuals/institutions to nominate individuals and/or institutions with outstanding performance and/or research that contributes directly to the betterment of society for the Prince Mahidol Award 2018, one in medicine and one in public health.

            The Prince Mahidol Award was established on 1 January 1992 to commemorate the centenary of the birth of His Royal Highness Prince Mahidol of Songkla, the ‘The Father of Modern Medicine and Public Health of Thailand’. The Award recognises those who, like Prince Mahidol, have demonstrated a lifelong dedication in the fields of medicine and public health.
