On 5 December 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy and offices of Team Thailand hosted a reception on the occasion of the 87th birthday anniversary of His Majesty the King of Thailand and the National Day of Thailand.

The event was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Itti Ditbanjong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the presence of His Excellency Mr. Igor Morgulov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, as the guest of honour.

The Ambassador and the Deputy Minister gave remarks commemorating the works of His Majesty the King of Thailand that contributed to development and better livelihood of people around the world. They both also stressed the importance of the close, progressive, and longstanding Thai-Russian bilateral relations.

In this event, the Royal Thai Embassy and offices of Team Thailand displayed exhibition of His Majesty the King of Thailand’s lifelong works, as wells as showcased Thai food, Thai fruits, Thai products, and cultural performances.
