On 27 June 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy held a meeting with the Thai community in Sri Lanka at the Embassy. H.E. Mr. Nopporn Adchariyavanich, Thai Ambassador to Sri Lanka, informed the Thai community on the current political situation in Thailand.    The Ambassador also invited the Thai community to join activities of the Embassy, particularly  the celebration of H.M.Queen Sirikit’s Birthday Anniversary to be organized by the Embassy at Hilton Residence Colombo on Sunday 10^th August, 2014.

The Embassy holds the monthly meeting with the Thai community in order to inform them of related information. The meeting is also a channel for the Thai people living in Sri Lanka to share information and experiences among themselves.
