On 19 February 2020, H.E. Mr. Don Pramud Winai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, had a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Wang Yi, State Councillor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, prior to the 5^th Mekong - Lancang Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting and the Special ASEAN - China Foreign Ministers' Meeting on the Coronavirus Disease 2019, which will take place in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on 20 February 2020.
