เมื่อวันที่ ๓๐ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๘ เวลา ๑๘.๐๐ – ๑๙.๐๐ น. นางกรรณมน เสนาณรงค์ อุปทูตฯ พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ และครอบครัว ตลอดจนชุมชนไทยในนิวซีแลนด์กว่า ๕๐ คน ได้ร่วมพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลครบ สัตตมวาร (๗ วัน) เพื่ออุทิศถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ 

พิธีดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยการเจริญพระพุทธมนต์ สวดพระอภิธรรม การทอดผ้าบังสุกุล และการถวายจตุปัจจัยไทยธรรม โดยมีพระสงฆ์จากวัดต่าง ๆ ในกรุงเวลลิงตัน จำนวน ๖ รูป ร่วมประกอบพิธี เพื่ออุทิศถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลอย่างสมพระเกียรติ

พิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความศรัทธาและความจงรักภักดีของพี่น้องชาวไทยในนิวซีแลนด์ ที่พร้อมใจกันมาร่วมประกอบพิธีด้วยความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ที่ตลอดพระชนม์ชีพทรงอุทิศพระวรกายและพระราชหฤทัยเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของปวงชนชาวไทย 

On 30 October 2025, from 1800 to 1900 hrs., Mrs. Kanamon Senanarong, Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., together with officials and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington and their families, as well as more than fifty  members of the Thai community in New Zealand, attended a religious merit- making ceremony at the Embassy on the occasion of the seventh day of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of Thailand. 

The ceremony was conducted in the presence of six monks from various temples in Wellington. The programme comprised the chanting of Abhidhamma, the presentation of robes (Pha Bangsukula), and the offering of requisites to the monks, all respectfully dedicated as a Royal Merit to Her Majesty.

This observance reflected the deep faith and unwavering devotion of the Thai community in New Zealand, who came together in remembrance of Her Majesty’s boundless benevolence and lifelong dedication to the well-being of the Thai people.
